If that doesn’t work, RC found this discussion on an Apple forum where a commenter gave a solution they say came from Adobe Customer Suport (though we haven’t tried or tested it, and so not sure of the validity of the fix). STEP THREE: Sign right back in and that should fix the problem. STEP TWO: Click the Sign Out button (as shown above).
